Chapter 1 of Volume 1 Revised | + Future Revisions

Hey everyone! Wanted to let you all know that Wild Card Chapter 1 of Volume One has been revised/updated. You can check it out by following this link to read the new updated version of Chapter 1.

I would like to also take this time to inform everyone that Volume One, as well as all future volumes and chapters, will continue to be improved after their release. Technically there is no final version to Wild Card even as it is posted here, so writing will be improved upon as time allows.

This is especially important for future chapters/volumes that will be posted as they are finished without any heavy revision or editing.

Do also keep in mind that Volume One was unfortunately not edited properly due to the editor’s personal issues preventing a typical edit. This means that there will be more various chapter updates over time.

I hope that you continue to enjoy Wild Card and that the updates will make it a far more enjoyable read! 😀

The Reality of The Fantasy | Final Fantasy XV Review

Ten Years. For ten long years countless of fans and curious watchers waited, eager to get their hands on the prize. Each had their tale to tell about what Final Fantasy XV (then Final Fantasy XIII Versus) could be, would be, and what it should be. Now, after all that time, we know. One of the most anticipated video games of all-time has finally released.

The question that everyone is asking themselves and others is simple; Was it worth the wait?

The answer isn’t quite as simple.

Before we dive in let me tell you that this review and subsequent posts detailing other aspects of the game, will entail spoilers. That being said, I’ll aim to make this initial review as spoiler-free as possible. After this review I plan to go in-depth with story aspects of the game in a later post.

This review is divided up into five sections. If you’re eager to get straight to my score, scroll to the final section.

As much as a moment like this would call for some sort of victory fanfare and celebration, the truth is it’s about damn time. After nearly two years on the cutting room floor ShadeWearingHero.com is officially as LIVE as you can get.

We’re starting small and there’s still not an official post about our primary project –WILD CARD – or the big ol’ info dump about the story. However, you can keep up to date with the information being added daily by checking out the Wild Card section of the website (links down below for those who need ’em).

Despite starting small, the website still being tweaked and worked on, and everything else yet to come – it seems as good a time as any to breathe life into this nearly dead dream. It’s been years of wanting, waiting, and watching big ideas fall by the wayside because of a lack of determination.

That’s changing, now. The match has finally been doused in gasoline and we’re sparking up like mad!

There comes a time when something pretty amazing happens. Whether through dumb luck or some form of hard work, there’s always the chance for something great. A lot of the time these moments are few and fleeting – but sometimes they gather together and form a long lasting glow.

While that can’t be promised or even hoped for at this stage, take it to heart that the ideas that began “Shade Wearing Hero” are stronger than they have ever been. With the first step coming up, one foot after the other, we’re going to walk towards that potential – whether it be good or bad.
